Research Conducted at the Center for Optical Microsystems was Presented at the "Reporting Conference-2025"
12.05.2025
The scientific event "Reporting Conference – 2025" launched at YSU Academic Council Session Hall, once again bringing together the university's scientific potential in a now-traditional format. The conference aims to summarize the scientific activities and future plans of the university's various departments.
YSU Rector Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, highlighting the importance of organizing such a scientific gathering, stated: "This is the second consecutive year that this conference is being held, providing an excellent opportunity to discuss the work and achievements of YSU research centers, institutes, and laboratories. Within the framework of the "Reporting Conference-2025", researchers of the Center for Optical Microsystems Tatevik Sarukhanyan and Vahram Grigoryan presented their current research conducted at the center. It should be noted that the center is being established within the framework of the " Education Improvement Project Additional Financing'' (EIP AF) loan project. Tatevik Sarukhanyan presented her research based on two-photon polymerization, demonstrating the creation of ultra-thin structures approximately 200 nanometers in size. This approach has potential applications in the design of photonic microchips and nanoscale devices. Vahram Grigoryan discussed light control through Bragg reflection, showcasing methods for achieving precise control in optical systems. The conference also provides a unique opportunity to forge new connections and lay the groundwork for future cooperation. The conference will continue on May 12, 13, and 14, providing an opportunity for leading scientists and researchers to present the results of their research studies, activity directions, and visions.
