5 preschools will be opened in the RA Gegharkunik region from the new academic year.On July 18, in the context of the regional visits, the RA Minister of MESCS A. Harutyunyan visited Vardenis No. 2, VerinGetashenNo. 1 andLusakunk educational institutions in Gegharkunik region, where new preschools will open on September 1 of this year.The construction works are in full process, according to the set schedule.The Minister stated that the newly opened preschools in the communities will completely solve the issue of pre-school service. Let us note that in the context of works of subcomponent ''Increasing the level of readiness of children to school and ensuring equal opportunities for education'' of ''Education Improvement'' projectco-financed by the World Bank, pre-school micro-programs ofYeranos Secondary School No. 2 andGavar Basic School No. 5.inGegharkunikregion of RA are included.It should be noted that the construction works are being summarized in 21 educational establishments of the RA regions.Let us note that the construction works are being carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements set out by the contract, they are in the final stage.It should be added that the acquisition of furniture and stationery teaching materials has started in the above-mentioned educational establishments.It is envisaged that 21 newly established preschools will operate from September 1, providing more favorable conditions for 5-6 year old children in the communities.
