1.Question
In most of the items in each lot, it is written "User manuals are required in Armenian Language" Kindly confirm if the user manuals can be provided in English Language, being an Indian Bidder.

Answer

Because user manuals will be used in Armenian schools they must be provided in the Armenian language.

2. Question

Looking into larger no. of quantity of items required in each laboratory, could you advise whether the evaluation will be conducted on an item-by-item basis or on a lot-wise basis?

Answer

As mentioned in ITB 34.2(a), Section II - Bid Data Sheet (BDS), Bids will be evaluated lot by lot.

3.Question

Upon reviewing the technical specifications, certain items appear to be of some specific brands. Kindly advise if we can propose equivalent brands with similar specifications?

Answer

For the products whose technical specifications are mentioned “or equivalent”, the Bidder may offer an equivalent product.
