NAME OF PROJECT: ADDITIONAL FINANCING FOR “EDUCATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT”

Contract Title: PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES

1. The Republic of Armenia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Additional Financing for Education Improvement Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of the Laboratory Equipment and Facilities by the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia Foundation under CIF grant project.
2. The National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia Foundation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of the Laboratory Equipment and Facilities by the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia Foundation under CIF grant project.
• LOT 1 (Printing devices and Supplies),
• LOT 2 (Robotic Total station-scanner),
• LOT 3 (Professional devices and equipments),
• LOT 4 (Measuring devices and Embedded systems),
3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 (revised November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Head of the project Varazdat Hovhannisyan (info@nuaca.am) and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 09.30 a.m. to 17:00 p.m., except Saturdays and Sundays, as well as National Holidays at the address given below.

5. Electronic version of the bidding document in English can be downloaded by interested eligible bidders free of charge from the NUACA Web site: www.nuaca.am. Alternatively upon submission of a written request to the e-mail addresses info@nuaca.am (the bidding documents will be delivered to the interested bidders via file transfer system). Moreover, the NUACA shall not be liable for fault or incomplete downloading from the website, or further in case of missing the Addenda to the Bidding Document.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 4 March, 2024 12:00 (Local Time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 4 March, 2024, at 12:00 (Local Time).
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
