Answers to the Questions received from the prospective Bidders regarding the Bidding Documents for ICB – 1.1 “Procurement of Science Laboratory Equipment and Materials for Schools of Armenia in Tavush” tender

We would like to inform you that we have received a question from the prospective Bidder, see below the question and answer:
LOT # 1 - Physics Laboratory Equipment
Q1.
The specifications for Lot 1 Item 66 (Heat receivers) are very few. In order to avoid quoting wrong equipment we request more details on the same.
A1.
A Heat receiver is used to demonstrate the radiation as the type of heat transfer. It is an empty box having a cylindrical form. One side of the heat receiver is black colored and the other one is covered by silver colored and polished. During the experiment each side of the heat receiver is heated in turn. To show the difference of radiation for each side the heat receiver connects to a liquid manometer via the tube.

Per Italian law and due to Covid pandemic, the deposit of the balance of the previous year (2020) is foreseen to be done within the September 30, 2021.
That said we will submit the balance sheet of the previous 3 years 2017-2018-2019.

Based on the Section III - Evaluation and Qualification Criteria: 3.1 Qualification Criteria (ITB 37.1): (i)Financial Capability of the Bidding Documents
“… The Bidder should demonstrate soundness of its financial position and ownership of financial resources necessary to handle the requirements of the proposed Contract.
It should prove through submission of Audit Reports inclusive Auditors’ Opinion(s) and attached Notes to the financial statements for previous three years: 2018; 2019; 2020. ...“
Based on the above mentioned requirements specified in the Bidding Documents it is necessary to submit not a specific type of financial report but a complete Audited Financial Reports for the 2018, 2019 and 2020 years.
